jenn (2007-04-27 08:40:00) I workout at the gym 6-7 days a week.
Mon-Fri I do a split muscle group workout + 30 min cardio. Weekends I jog and do a curciut.
I have lost 25 pounds but am now finding myself a little to skinny, what is the best way to gain muscle size and not gain the fat?
THANK-YOU!!!!
| Moderator - John (2007-05-05 07:21:41) Hi, Jenn this is what I advice you to do. First of all you need to change your work-out style. Try to focus on doing less sets and reps per exercise. For example 5 sets with 6 to 8 reps, will do the job for a type of exercise. Secondly, it’s more than enough if you go to the gym 5 times a week. Overtraining and lack of time for body regeneration can stop your muscular development. And last but not least would be your nutrition. Focus on caloric-rich foods that are loaded with nutrients and also don’t be afraid to take protein shakes.
