Let's start the diet.

 

    To keep a diet it's very hard. Why should we take care of what we eat and how to be motivated, those are the facts I will try to cover in this story! The truth is we all at one point wanted to look better or just feel better. Alcohol and cigarettes are a big problem and a lot of young people like to do this things. They are bad and won't have a positive effect if you're trying to keep a diet. In this age when computers are an important factor in our lives we tend to stop doing physical exercises and live a sedentary life. Just stop and think for a moment how many miles did you walked in the last week? Walk not driving around in your car. Yes the answer is: very little.

 
 

    So how do you think your organism will react to this? Well you will start adding pounds, you'll get a belly and your friends will notice this. They will tell you this as a joke but in time you'll realize they are right and you'll start noticing to. Your clothes won't feet you any more, you will think twice when you're going swimming because you'll think: what the other people say about the way you look. This is a problem and you should take a stand. Nobody can help you. It all depends on you. You have to start thinking of ways to improve your life because even if you don't feel it at the moment in time the bad effects will reflect on you.
