You
should seriously think about starting to go to gym so sports like:
running and swimming. This two are the best. A lot of people ask
me about proteins. After doing some research on my own (even on
my own body) I can tell you that in general proteins are a good
thing in the life of an athlete. People that don't know too much
about them just presume that they are something bad and confuse
them with steroids and other bad things. This is simply not true.
If you are serious about building your muscles taking proteins is
a must.

are the building blocks of the muscles and they should be taken
in them morning and before work outs. There are a lot of proteins
but the whey protein is the most used one because the effects are
a lot faster. You normal meals are not enough to provide you with
the necessary vitamins and proteins your body asks for. By not taking
them and by doing a lot of effort you risk to damage your body instead
of taking care of it.
