Like all giant restaurant and fast-food chains in America today, Taco Bell too has woken up to the fact that it needs to concentrate on nutrition more than ever. For Taco Bell nutrition is now more important than ever.

The chain now focuses on making sure that its patrons have the full information on the nutritional value of each menu item that it has. Taco Bell has also created the famous slogan ‘Say Fresco’ that the customers can use to opt for a lower fat version of the same dish.

Taco Bell is one of the most nutrition conscious fast-food chains. The company even pre-cooks all of its meat before sending them to the restaurants and as a result has one of the lowest number of meat-poisoning cases in all big chains.

It is evident that with Taco bell nutrition is guaranteed as the restaurants always use fresh ingredients instead of gook that has been refrigerated for ages. So even if you won’t get B5 supplement for acne when you visit a Taco Bell, you won’t get acne from the food either.

Taco Bell even has an allergen chart available in its restaurants that you can consult before you eat the food to rule out all known allergies for given food items. This is something that is highly valuable in giving you a safe dining experience...

Do you have a vegetarian menu. For instance, a substitution for beef? Burger King has a soyburger that is delicious.

First of all we have to clear something. Our site only presents information about what we think it’s important. We are not promoting or advertising any fast food chains or their affiliates ( in this case the fast-food restaurant chain Taco Bell ). We try to provide you with some guidance and tips to questions people ask a lot. If Taco Bell representatives feel any of the information we present is not true we ask them kindly to contact us. When it comes to fast food ( vegetarians fast food that is ) in Usa , Taco Bell is number 1 , no secret there. We suggest to try the Empanadas , 7-layer Burrito , Nachos with Beans and Bean Chalupa. The newest promotional menu item is the 7-Layer Crunchwrap Supreme. The crunchwrap supreme has no meat and beans and it resemble the 7-Layer Burrito and after our knowledge it contains (560 cal , 24 g fat , 4 g fiber , 70 g carbs ).Regarding your question for substituting the beef we think the beans are what they have to offer. The myth that mealworms are used by various burger chains is just a rumour.Even if you’re gone find some soy protein in their menus a full soyburger is not on their plate for the moment.

Is "BEAN CHALUPA" a vegetarian food? Does it contain any meat? I was trying to find "bean chalupa recipe" in google and many recipies had "PORK ROAST" in their recipe...Does the BEAN CHALUPA at Taco Bell also contain any "PORK ROAST" or any other meat products?
