I am a 125 lb 5'3" 20 year old. I am in Iraq and have 5 more months of duty. I would like to know a specific weight gain program including the supplements.

hi. my weight is 70kg.height 5 9.age 25 and waste is 32(feeling a bit fats on belly) i am just started going to gym a week ago.tell me how much i should gain weight and wat type of food i should use more.i dnt want to b fat but actually want to gain some more weight. and last i wana ask u about milk.how much i can take it in a day?
