First of all, thank you so much for this information. I was diagnosed with OCD about 5 years ago, but have had symptoms all of my life. Recently, I feel like my prozac is losing its affect. Subsequently my pyschiatrist put me on 2 very high dose meds and a sleeping pill. I am feeling like a zombie, not to mention my insurance does not cover these meds. I am also gaining weight like crazy and starting to have feelings of depression. I have made the decision that I want to refocus my life. I want to eat well, work out, and take vitamins. I would like to know if you have any good tips on getting started or a good diet plan with the goals of losing weight, but also helping with OCD symptoms. It is my dream to be on little or no meds. Thank you again.
